Consultation
The first step in any immigration case it to set up an appointment for an initial consultation. The consultation is up to one hour and can be in-person at my office, by telephone or by video. During the consultation I review the facts of your case and determine which immigration benefits, if any, that you may be eligible for. If I decide that I will offer to represent you in the matter, I quote you a price and payments terms for the representation. If you decide that you want to hire me as your lawyer for the case you must sign a representation agreement and pay the initial fee. I generally charge a flat fee with flexible payment plans for my services and I specify exactly which services are included in the fee
Fees
Every individual and every case is unique so unfortunately I cannot post exact prices. I generally charge a fixed fee for immigration cases, which means that I have to review your details so that I can estimate how much time and expense will be necessary to win your case. Many factors go into the cost of a case and I cannot list them all here, but the most common variables include the type of case, individual differences in criminal and immigration history, your location, legal or evidence issues, and many other factors.
